I have some of these Chauvet Q-Spot 260 LEDs running into a MyDMXGo. The movements all work fine, and the color sliders work, but the Color wheel on the live screen does nothing. I want to run fades and other effects and I can't. Does someone have a profile for these? Anyone know the issues? Appreciate it!

For fixtures with a color wheel, you will see their colors as slotted curved rectangles around the color mixing area, if any color is selected the fixture will hold that/those colors, if you want the color wheels to snap to the colors in use by the color mixing color effects, you need to de-select all colors from the color wheel and that should do the trick.
The lights are LED, not sure if that makes a difference

Hi the Q spot 260 is an White LED fixture, but it does not have color mixing, it has a color wheel. The color effects engine of the MyDMX GO looks for similar colors on the color wheel but it uses RGB color mixing for the effects.
Ok so I should just need to deselect all colors on the color wheel?
Yes, just de-select the colors on the outside of the color mixing area and see how the lights behave then for color effects.
