Color wheel not working - Chauvet Q-Spot 260 LED - Can someone give me the right profile.

I have some of these Chauvet Q-Spot 260 LEDs running into a MyDMXGo. The movements all work fine, and the color sliders work, but the Color wheel on the live screen does nothing. I want to run fades and other effects and I can't. Does someone have a profile for these? Anyone know the issues? Appreciate it!
