Cannot launch in Live mode ONLY DEMO?

I cant seem to launch mydmx in live mode. It is only in Demo mode.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling latest June 2011 version. Still just demo.

I tried rebooting, unplugging, replugging, etc. Still only demo mode.

I'm on MS Windows XP. Any advice for troubleshooting?

P.S. I was running an older version earlier and it was working. The Power light is on on the dongle, but the USB and DMX lights are off.
