Cannot connect to dongle

Same issue here! The interface displays as "production_sut" and when I refresh, I am getting the message that "License is invalid."  What license??

This unit has been out in the US now for 4 months (France product). It was picked up by ADJ but has horrible support by them

 I had better response from French TS than ADJ.

Could not get to comm so sent back to PSSL for refund.

Steer clear...3.1 stars on most sites...

What problems are you having exactly? Feel free to start a new thread. 

My box is connecting to WIFI but I get these messages (see attachments). The 1st one is from my iPad and the 2nd is from an Android phone. 

This unit might work for some but I could never get it to work. As I said in previous message, I contacted the French company who manufactures the product and they were more helpful then ADJ... Still cannot get it to work so returned before 30 day money back guarantee ended with PSSL.

Warnfuzi, we are already talking via email to Aldawgz, and will do our best to resolve his issues. 
I apologize your unit had issues and that you returned it and didn't try to swap it out, that being said, if you are not an active user of the product, you don't really need to continue commenting in this thread that it doesn't work and that you gave up. I mean you can, freedom of speech and all that, but at some point it will come across wrong and then you'll be in violation of the forum rules by bashing products which you don't use anymore.  

Understood. I did not mean to bash the product anymore and my recent
comment was redundant, it's true.

I was disappointed in ADJs lack of support on my issue about a product they
pushed so hard at NAMM.

Just saying...

I honestly encourage you to try again in a few weeks, we have new firmware and new app updates in the pipeline that should alleviate a lot of the issues.
