I haven't used mydmx go since covid 19 lock down. This month July 2020 I tried to use mydmx go and it was logged off. I clicked on log in and it took me to a rainbow cloud. It was stuck in the cloud. I un installed and installed the mydmxgo apps and same log in issue. It takes me to a rainbow cloud. Is there a new mydmxgo apps? I can't retrieve my saved fixtures if i can't log in. Need help.

Hi, there is a new portal for MyDMX GO. You should sign in there or use any prompts on that site for forgot password or reset password.
I didn't forget my password. when I click on the sign in it takes me to a cloud. It never gave me the option to sign in. I clicked on the cloud but it does nothing.
Is the app updated?

I uninstalled the apps, then went to the apps store and downloaded it. Is there a current version besides the one in the apps store? I added image of the cloud once I try to log in.

Yes, I can login. The only problem I have is that when I press login on the tablet I get the same white background with the logo in the middle. After that I can't do anything. I use a tablet with Android 4.4.4. According to the website this version is stil supported. I also tested another tablet with the same Android version and got the same problem.

I can see my profile builder and i logged in my profile builder, I could see the fixtures that I saved in profile builder, I don't see any devices or files should that be blank?
And I went back into mydmxgo and the log in is the same. It hangs up in the cloud.
nothing should show up for devices unless you already registered the GO hardware, which you do not need to do to use it.
what is the email for your account i am going to have to have the guys who manage all that stuff assist.
I just purchased a new Amazon Fire Tablet. It was time for me to upgrade. My Samsung is old. Let's see if I'm still having trouble logging in. It arrives on Thursday.
I was able to connect and log in into mydmxgo the new Amazon fire worked. Now I can't log in my profile builder but that's no big deal because I was able to find my lights.
Is there a way to retrieve my saved projects? If not I have some work to do.

Hi, that is the default password, however you can plug the GO into Hardware manager on a Mac or Windows computer and change the password to something you'll remember easily.
