Can't get DMX Operator to delete

I am having trouble deleting all the scenes and chases in my DMX Operator. I did exactly as the manual stated and the scenes and chases still reamined stored in the unit. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Enter Record mode, PRESS and HOLD delete and whatever scene or chase. . . that should work

I will try that, however I wanted to delete all scenes and chases.

The manual is wrong.

1. Disconnect the AC power

2. Hold down both 'Program' and 'Bank Down' buttons

3. Reconnect the AC power.

All of your scenes should now be cleared.
