Can´t connect to Wifi

Hello,

I have a problem with adj mydmx go. I downloaded app on my tablet (android 11), plug dmx go, see the wifi but i could not connect to it (wifi don't blink on the device)

Then i downloaded driver and hardware manager to my pc (windows 10), and upgrade firmware (1.10), but nothing changed.

When I click on wifi in the hardware manager, there is error :

Cannot get current wifi mode from device

error code XHL 17.

Hi XHL 17 means something timed out. Be sure when you connect to hardware manager on the computer that the GOs wifi is disconnected (settings>WIFI> forget network, OR turn wifi switch OFF) from the tablet so its not actively connected to any one device.
