Can not recognize device

Hello,

I have a big problem with ADJ MyDmx 3.0.

I have 4 interface MyDmx 3.0, 2 work without any problem, but two new 2 interface my computer can not see. I am try connect this two interface on 3 different PC, change USB port, change USB cable, but not work.

When I open preferences in software, the list of device is empty and on interface just write 01, not change to PC.

I am make syncronization on Page and payed for 1 year software, but nothing help.
Please help me. I need it for tommorow.

Hi, try opening Hardware manager and see what it says in there for the two 3.0 boxes that don't seem to want to connect. Make sure MyDMX 3 is NOT running when you run hardware manager.

Also on windows try to reinstall the drivers from the "SiudiDriver" application in C:\MyDMX3\driver
