BPDMX16 Mini DMX Controller

I saw it on "New Releases" and its cool! A mini DMX controller, thats take anywhere. Is it like a regular DMX controller?

(Meanning, can it controll the lights different channels; color, gobo, pan, tilt, strobe by pushing the buttons?) I have two DMX roller lights, (not ADJ) but are programmable, and would using them with the BPD16DMX work? Or is it only for ADJ lights?

Any help is appreciated as i need a DMX controller, and a small simple one would be fab.
