Boombox FX1

Hi there, i’ve got a boombox FX1 and i’m having some issues.

When i run through the 9 preset shows, nothing but the laser turns on. As soon as i run the “TEST” Mode, everything turns on and works properly. So obviously nothing is damaged. Have i messed up a setting or something? Looking forward to getting this resolved. any input is appreciated, thanks.

Do you have the Sound mode enabled as well?
The program might be waiting for sound input to advance through the programmed sequence. You can try tapping on the case when using auto program and see if that makes it come alive more or not.
