Blizzard Stormchasers not responding

I just received MyDmx 2.0 yesterday and can't seem to get my (2) Blizzard lighting Stormchasers working properly. I managed to find the profile needed but when I try to fade and change colors nothing happens. I addressed the digital settings on the back of the light to A001 since I was only testing this unit. New to DMX so any input would be great. Want to be able to strobe and dim in specific colors. Thanks, Scott

MyDMX 2.0 ships with outdated software :-/ Try updating the software first. Most folks say completely uninstall and reinstall the updated version. Secondly, are you able to control the light at all?

You might just need to unplug everything and plug it back in one step at a time:

1) MyDMX box to computer
2) Open MyDMX 2.0 Software
3) Plug in lights
4) Find your fixture in the profile

Hope this helps. New to DMX as well and have learned lots.....On youtube.

Tried everything and all I get is channel 1 red. Any suggestions? I also tried a basic par can and can't even get that to work.
