Anyone have an answer to this I have the same problem as this would be a great help to know how to fix this issue

just an update so i took my light a part and did a full look through and found that the light connector on the board side had came un soldered and was not connecting soldered her back up and works like new hope this will help someone in the future

I found out in a couple of my spot 250s and scan 250s, the witing is weak. I had one wire fry completely and a connection that, at the board, would internally not make connection.... Wasted money on replacing motors and bulbs and then found the wiring issues, last thing Iwould expect but will now be the first thing I look for. Also your board has 2 fuses on them, make sure both are good. Check the external fuse, but also there are two internal.
