American DJ Old Eliminator Scanner

Hey guys, I'm new here on the forum, and I was wondering if anyone had any information on an older A. DJ "Eliminator" Scanner. I can't find any info on them. I have two of them and I'm looking to get them working.

I can't even seem to power them on. Do the dipswitch settings affect power to the unit, or do they only control the DMX and scanner setting?

Anyone have an old manual (PDF)? I tried calling American DJ and nobody has anything on the old scanner. HELP!
