Hi, I just received a Dekker LED in the mail. I turned it on, and the LCD screen works, as well as the unit its self. I can hear the unit working, HOWEVER, there is no light output from the unit.
I did the following to try and correct the problem:
- Tried all possible menu settings
- Checked the fuse / tried a different fuse
- Opened up the front of the unit where the lenses are to make sure there isn't anything missing
- checked to make sure the disc was turning properly.
I know that the lights are suppose to automatically turn on as soon as you plug it in, and even in Sound active mode, nothing, those LED's just won't light.
