ADJ Pocket Pro not powering up

Hi all, I've come across an issue with one of my pocket pros where it's not powering up. When the powercon is plugged in, both fans fire up but then switch off a second later and I get nothing further from the unit. The display doesn't come on at all so no handy error message.

I've tried the obvious fuse by swapping it with the other unit and swapping the power cable but the problem remains with the offending unit.

Has anyone come across this or any ideas what could be wrong with it?
