This may be rhetorical, but why isn't ADJ or American DJ a brand in the library? I have a Fun Factor light I like to use but there isn't a direct ssl file for it. I have to use a generic moonlight instead. It's missing a lot of the features. It's ironic the ADJ sells the MyDMX Go and they're not in the library?

Hi, in the MyDMX Go app, our library was merged into the ADJ brand folder, all of our profiles should be in there.
I just checked and i see the Fun Factor profile in the library.
There have been some user reporting the ADJ brand was missing, and it's a bug or a bad internet connection and not displaying it correctly, i would close the app and ensure the tablet is connected to a strong WIFI network with internet connection, and not trying to connect to the GOs wifi connection and it should refresh and show it.
I've had the MyDMX Go for over a year and it's never shown any ADJ brand. The WiFi is strong and fast. -42db and speeds over 560 MBPS. I am using a Fire Tablet. Does that make a difference?
Do you know how to close an app from the system completely and re-load it for a new refresh?
we've seen sporadic reports of this, and the best way to fix was to delete and reinstall the app on the device.
I do. I've even force stopped the app. I'd hate to delete the app and lose all my settings and presets.
Yes, sadly it will wipe all of your stores presets etc.
if you email me from the email address you use to sign into the GO app, i can just send you the Fun Factor profile to your cloud account and it will appear in the User library....hopefully.

Got home and there was the file in my folder. Thank you very much. And of course, it worked like a charm. Then I checked the online library, and there, all of a sudden ADJ was there. WTH?... LOL
