After the V5.0.4.2. update whenever I tried opening the 3D visualiser inside of my project, it would crash immediately. I tried starting a new project and noticed it worked fine until I added ''shehds led beam 8x12w rgbw'' which caused it to crash. Don't know if there are any more fixtures that cause this, but let me know if there is a way to fix the problem.

Hi, sorry for the delay in reply, and thanks for reporting this to us. I can confirm this happens to me on Mac Os, can you tell me if you are using Mac Os or windows as well as which version of either OS.
We will be looking into this and hope to maybe have some more ideas as to the cause monday morning hopefully.
I am using windows 10 pro, AMD ryzen 5 5600x 6 core, 32GB ram, 64bit system and nvidia GTX 1650.
ok so we may have a fix for you to try, find the MyDMX 5 folder on your c drive, then open it and find the easy view folder, and in it you should see the .exe to launch the 3D program, replace it with the one here:

and then go into the program and launch the 3D and try to patch the fixture again, or patch it again, and then open the 3D, let me know how it works.

ok great perfect, i will update the team and we will see if we should put out a new update etc, but you should be fine using that as is now.
