Re: x-scan issue

I just had a couple shows last weekend and everything was fine. I just set up my lights in my practice area and for some reason one of my x-scan lights wont go up or down. No problem left or right but when I try to make it go up or down it just kind of shakes like it is trying to do it but can't. Any ideas?

This most definetly is a issue for our service department.

I can blow off the moving lights at a number of the shows that I have coming up but I have to have them for a Christmas show and of course for New Years. Should I just start the process of renting for those show?

What you might want to do is go into the reset channel and try reseting all the motors. IF that does not work please feel free to give me a call and I can get you set up with a RA number to get it repaired and I can also see what I can do to get it back for your upcoming events.
