Hi, I'm sorry to hear you had issues, but since this is a 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi product there are extra steps that can be taken by you to ensure a good signal in busy Wi-Fi environments.

Installation on pc running Windows 10

I cannot make the installation working. I get a box with this error message: “The code execution cannot proces because VCRUNTIME140_1.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program  may fix this problem.” I of course tried that and even restarted the pc. So after several tries, I got nowhere. Can you help me 🙏

Hi, what are you trying to install on Windows? the MyDMX GO application is android or iOS only, it will not run on a desktop, not even in an android emulator.
What were you trying to install?

I was installing the Hardware Manager to change the Channel and Update the Firmware on my Box. I found the missing dll-file on the Internet and installed it on my pc. Now I can access the box. So now I can connect the Box to my IPad on a Channel not so busy as number 1. This was one of the recommandations from the video. I will find out if the operation helped, when I’m playing a gig with my band on Saturday. Thank you for helping 🙏🇩🇰

oh ok great. Try it on channels 6-9. channels 1 and 11 and used a lot usually. but just keep trying diff. channels, bring a a small laptop with you so you can change as needed.
