Has ADJ given up on this product. It's been close to 5 months and I still have no fix for my unit. I am very dissapointed in the company and the quality of there products. I have used mixers and CD units even lighting in the past with out fail. That is why I bought the VMS4 and I even had a few friends buy on on my reccomendation when it came out because we all use VDJ. Close to 2000.00 in monies washed away because of not admitting a bad product. This might get deleted but till this is resolved I will no longer use or tell others what a good product this is and how they stand behind their products.

Where are you located? The only issue right now for some users is lower output then their stand alone mixers. For many, this is not an issue. Everything else has been taken care of for existing users.

I am in PA, I was told someone would call me back. The issue is with loading the driver on my laptop that I use as a backup. I get a error when it try's to load the driver for it. The lap top surpasses all the requirements and it won't load. I was told by AA that I don't know how to help you. WTF After I complained that that was unacceptable I was told the VMS person was on the phone. Both times I left my contact information BOTH times. I haven't even got to the hardware yet. VDJ won't see it till the driver loads. I can be reached at 484-388-6698

the case might be different for you, but many people are going through hardships right now. the last thing they wnt to do is shell out 500 bones for a product that is going to give them a hard time. when you buy a product and it doesnt work, give you probles makes noise, whatever... tht product has now become expensive. Wink
