Who owns a Spherion WH LED? HELP! (white LED model)

I just ordered 8 of the discontinued Spherion WH LED from a reseller in the US. They just arrived and they are the 220V model, which lacks the voltage switch on the 110v model, which I understand due to the complication of stepping UP voltage. It appears that all the parts are universal except the 12v transformer and the motor. The 110v motor and a compatible transformer are available from ADJ parts. If anyone has access to a unit and would be willing to photograph the transformer assembly, it would be immensely helpful. I'm especially interested to know if there is a capacitor in the 110v version as seen in this photo for my 220v version, and if it is of different specs. I understand the inconvenience, and any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
