Which scanner to buy

Hey Sly,

Ok first of all, the DJ - Scan 250 is NOT as good as the mx-1 by a long shot! The Mx-1 is an amazing light, but we really arent supposed to talk about other companys on this forum. Out of the three though, I would go with the scan-trons! for one they are great price , great quality , and do a great job. I just love how they're is a barrel version, cause it gives you alot of variety. Since this light is so cheap I have 6 scan trons,4 roller Trons. This show is hot. spanning across 30 feet of truss in the gym looks great. I am not saying you have to start with this much I only started with two scan trons then went on from there. Before you get intels though I suggest you get a filler effect, like a flood or color changers, makes your setup so amazing. I run rainbow 250's.

apples to oranges here, compare the MX-1 to the Concept 1, similar price point, but the Concept is a little more mobile dj friendly in it's programmed scenes.

dude dont get scan trons I would go with concept 1
its a little cheaper in price than mx 1 it has more features suchas a lazer seperate gobo and color wheels and there fast for the crazy rave music or you can make them slow for mellow music its a really good light ive used both concept 1 and 2
and they are both kick a$$ lights

WAIT, did you check out the accu spot 250

Yes I did, but they cost too much money for a poor guy like me. I have to stay under $500.00
a light for now. I'm Searching Ebay for some deals.
