I have a Epsilon that blew it's motor over a month ago. It is less than one year old. I have tried to contact ADJ for warranty service procedures, including an RMA number, via the email link info@americandj.com but have had no response. Does anyone know what the warranty service contact number or email is? my One year warranty runs out in November. Thanks!

I'm getting more than twice that a day right now and yet I'm still able to handle things just fine, and I'm just using a converted workstation running a Mac-based email server package. It seems to be handling the crunch just fine.

I would suggest ADJ look into some front-end filtering software or maybe even an email front-end to help protect the actual server.

Despite that, as you said, if one form of communication fails, use another. I myself have grown tired of waiting for an email in regards to my stinky fog issue and if time permits today, I will phone in. I have phoned in 3 times before to get some questions answered and I honestly have to say that I was thoroughly pleased by customer service.

My question was using a wireless remote for an F700 fog machine. Nobody knew, took my number, nobody called back. Maybe I was too impatient, but I was under pressure and needed results, so problem there. Second time I called in, they gave me a short amount of run-around trying to get me to the correct people to answer my question, each hand-off got me closer to the answer, finally resulting in a "there is no wireless option for that fog machine". OK, fair enough. Called my dealer, dealer of no use. Called American DJ to get some pricing for the FS700 I have now and the wireless option. Excellent. Went to dealer, placed an emergency order(overnight shipping).

ADJ, I have to say that you've definately put some efforts into your customer service. It is a refreshing change to see a company that understands this concept and understands it well, and your customer service department does deserve some acknowledgement as a result.
I have yet to see anything hit my mail server with an ".americandj.com" in it, and I just grepped my server logs like mad for different reasons.

I'll call tomorrow at my convenience. Today is just nuts. We'll also get the email issues taken care of as well since I intend to maintain a LONG relationship with American DJ.

Don't worry, I'm not mad, annoyed, upset or anything at ADJ. No bad feelings and nothing to worry about. It's just been nuts around here the past week so a stinky fog machine has been the least of my concerns.

I did order a catalog from American DJ so I can round out my lights. I figure when I order that Aviator SP8 this week, I'll need a couple more items to fill it up. This will give my wife, my father-in-law and I something to go over.
Oh, I definately appreciate it. Yahoo should be getting through just fine. I might have to investigate though, they change things from time to time.

I've got you whitelisted through my blacklist(meaning it ADJ should get through no problem, as should Yahoo). I did a telnet session to port 25 of mail.americandj.com and got a connection just fine.

I don't give my email out publically, but I think I sent you an email with my prefered email address anyways. Send me a message to an "obscene" word at my domain of studio42.com, that should make me take a closer look. I know it will bounce, but it will stick out and help in whitelisting.

I've been troubleshooting a router for 2 days. I swear, between this customer's tinkering and the telco dinking around, my ear is sore on the phone. I'm on hold with the circuit provider right now so I am using my time constructively.

If they don't answer soon, I'll go adjust my equipment list to reflect recent additions.
