I have six X Scan LED+ units that work all right for about five minutes then number 3 on a chain of 6 starts doing it's own thing. This happens in DMX mode or just Sound mode.
The main problem is that 3 are down one side of a wall and the other 3 are down the other so as a consequence you need to activate the "invert Pan" control to make the three match up with the other three and all point in the same direction. However there is one rougue one that after 5 minutes will start inverting the wrong way even though we have told it not to. More interestinly after about an hour the unit starts doing it's own thing on the Tilt" so it works totally opposite to the others!
I have reset it, taken the socket out of the wall for a few minutes then plugged back in, changed the DMX leads, even tried a new My DMX interface. Having watched the unit for about 20 minutes, when it cycles through it's automatic "sound active" mode some of the scenes match the others whilst some "invert" the wrong way.
Any suggestions or could this be a genuine fault with the unit as it appears the control panel is not taking input settings.
I have tried it with the My DMX box disconnected and some new leads but still the samme problem persists!
