VMS4 to Rokit 5 Monitors and No Sound Output

Hello,

I have a VMS4 connect through XLR cables(balanced) to a pair of Rokit 5 monitors. I get no sound out of them at all. I have audio through the headphones but nothing through the speakers. I have modified gain levels on both the controller and the speakers also. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Did you have audio going out of your RCA in the past? Have you ever used the XLR's through an amp before? Are you using Virtual DJ or Traktor? There can be many issues....just need to get more information.

Never used the RCA or XLR connectors before. Running Virtual DJ.

So you never used the outputs at all...so I'd guess you just got this recently?
Anyway, it seems then to be a mapping or sound setup issue. If new and it's a VMS4, did you update the drivers accordingly? How do you have your audio configuration setup in your Virtual DJ settings?
