THats what I mean when i say to make the asio settings much straight foward! THe shift option has to be selectable in the setting too!

i dont know if that is technically possible, but that would be awesome indeed and suit everyone.

not sure what you are referring to here?

Currently there are two VMS4 'special modes' that can be switched by holding down certain keys when turning on the VMS4.

The changes to the shift functionality could be achieved using the same method (hold a key + turn on).

I would like to see some more features with VDJ 7.0.

what special modes do you mean?

They are 'post EQ mode' and 'MIDI turbo latency mode' - both mentioned in the manual!

A better functioning mouse pad and load buttons

to be able to save yur loops for playback

omg, now i got it...

ok, knew the modes regarding eq and turbo - but i was so confused b/c i thought there was something ELSE, midi mapping related i didnt know about...

now i understand that groovin dj only meant this METHOD could be used for switching shift modes from toggle to hold. geeez... *wallbash*

and yes: i agree, that would be a nice way and suiting everybody.

I have the vms4 since 2 weeks , bevore i used the Hercules rmx console.
As software i use torq 1.5 - everything on pc (xp prosp3).
I Have fun with The vms on Torq , Midi mapping is here easy as walk....
But , some switches i would like to change from toggle to push - or i would turn the pitchfader upside down.
Fortunally the knob´s and faders on the frontside are also Midi sending (Great!)

And here´s my wish

for better compability with other software i will show u a tool from Hercules,

which i think is REALY Interresting!

This tool don´t work with other controllers than Hercules ! that is clear , but i think it would be great , if American Audio
could build something , that works like this....

torq dont support midi export directly....

for fully function u need conectiv set (dvs)
