If i understand correct what you want to do, then no you can't use VDJ with cubase. BUT I do know that Deckadance (dj software) does have the possibility to use it as VST plugin inside a host such as Ableton. I guess it should be possible with Cubase as well. Deckadance and Ableton i know is definitely possible. And I guess you could then also use the VMS4's midi inside ableton as well.
Well the VMS4 doesn't have a separate dedicated output for the mic, so you can't add effect to just the mic channel.

You need a proper studio mixing desk for that sort of thing - if you've already got Cubase and AutoTune it surprises me that you don't have one and don't seem to know about it.

Why'd you need AutoTune anyway - are you an off key singing DJ? Big Grin

is there really no way to route the mic trough that autotune? =/
