vms4 broken volume slider

hi !! i would like to know if any of you is aware of volume slider problem.

i bought a vms4 in july. and 3 chanel volume slider are broken.

the 3rd one broke in a gig. (kind of embarrassing with 200 ppl looking at you .....)

im sending it back for repair. but im afraid of using it again... don't know if i will..... thinking of getting a Kontrol s4....

im disapointing in the vms4.....

im i the only one...... ??

Dj_niuss you maybe the only one or one of few. That is probally you did not get a bunch of forum members jumping on the topic saying they have the same problem.

If you have not send in your VMS4 in for an RA yet, Please call the customer service # on your manual and have an RA issued.

i pretty much have the same problem, my the volume slider on my 3rd channel recently started acting up, wont go up all the way nor will it go down all the way, and when i put the volume all the way down on my 2nd channel i can still faintly hear it aswell. i am on 2 deck mode, bt yet when i move the 4th channel volume slider, the 3rd channel reacts to it. i am using vdj pro 7.0.5 and the latest drivers for the vms4. is this a problem that can be fixed with deoxIt contact cleaner? or a problem with the vms?, please HEEEELP!
