Thanks for the replay
A particular driver NDIS 6.30 execution was 6ms which according to LatencyMon was high, averge latency should be less then 1ms. I came across this articule referring to a Windows 8 user trying to play a stream video game and was experiancing high latency.
I ran the troubleshoot, set my controller sound card to 512[11ms], I let the latencymon run while playing some tracks using the timecode vinyl. NDIS drive is hovering around 1.1ms but no audio drops so far. I guess I'll have to wait for further updates with windows 8, I have to research if the apps can be removed on disabled I seeing that the apps are associated with some performance issues the the new OS. I keep you guys posted.
