VMS4.1 - sound crackling

Hi, I have bought a VMS4.1. Any track that I play sounds crackly via my speakers. I know it isn't a cable/speaker issue as I didn't have any problems with my Numark controller.

Any suggestions?

even without knowing what computer you use it sounds pretty much like a performance/latency issue.
