vms4.1 mapping

I am looking for picture, that's shows the midi notes, for each buttons and led, I found one on the internet, but I can not find it any more. The midi table on the vms4.1 homepage, I can not find out how it works.

I am also looking for midi notes for the touch pad next to the scratch wheel. So that I can remove the mapping,

I looking for a way to get the led on the pause button flashing, whit the track end warning function in traktor.
