vms2 troubles.

this should not be the case with the vms2.

just for curiosity: how many usb devices are you using? is it an usb2 or usb3 port? do you use the power supply for the vms? are you using an usb hub?

i can recreate the fault upon demand simply by powering the unit off and on whilst running virtual dj.

as expected virtual dj hangs but then hangs every single time you try and launch it thereafter until a reboot.

none of my usb ports work. usb,usb2,or usb3 it is as if all usb ports have been disabled. my usb hardrive ceases to even be detected until a reboot.

i can recreate this issue whilst powered on with the supplied psu or just by usb

occasionally this has also happened whilst not in virtual dj but i can not recreate this on demand.

it also causes windows to hang during shutdown.

this happens on both my desktop running win7 and my laptop running vista

i have contacted US support and am have been waiting 2 days for a response so far. perhaps you could escalate the matter for me?

ill give it a week or i shall be looking for a refund from my reseller.

i have contacted support who have never come across this problem before and the unit sounds like it may be faulty.

i have requested a refund from my dealer.
