I live in england and own what i believe is a faulty VMS2. When switched on all 10 of the LEDs on the right of the volume faders light up and the bottom one of the left LEDs. It works for a bit and then all of a sudden becomes un responsive. Also the platters are occasionally very laggy. I've had this unit since september and when i took it back to the shop i bought it from they dismissed the LED's and said that the problem must have been coming from the software. I had no reason to believe otherwise so I would use the controller until it stopped working and then reboot. sometimes this could be 5 minutes sometimes it could be an hour. Late november I started to get gigs with the unit and the problem seemed like it was going away before my first gig so I had faith in the unit and used it live. halfway through my set the unit crashed and it was very embarrassing for me.

Only recently have I read a few posts on these forums and seen that the LED's mean it is in fact a faulty unit. I've tried using the contact page on the american dj eu website but have got no response. I need a new controller soon so I can start djing live again. The shop wont help me now, there must be some sort of warranty on the vms from the company who made it though?

someone please help, I really like the unit its self but im getting very annoyed with the lack of response from the contact page so I'm asking for help here. hopefully someone will see this and let me know what can be done about the situation.
