Does someone have a diagram of the input/output PCB?
The chip on U16 is burned through because of an over voltage, along with resistor R11. I need to know what the specifications of these parts were.

@peterelzinga, please contact me here, id like to see if you ended up buying new equipment or found the chip, i had the same issue except i was sent the wrong adapter from pro audio star and got swindled out of 400 bucks, and AA wont honor my waranty even though i reported this when it was under a year.
opening a device voids the warranty... and ADJ is very generous regading their hardware, judging from the posts in the forum.
