Vizi Spot LED Pro Belt

So, I've just installed (2 weeks ago...brand new) 8 Vizi Spot LED Pro fixtures in a night club, and 2 of the fixtures have already snapped their pan belts.
I don't have 2-3 weeks to ship this back for repair, as the club needs these up and running as soon as humanly possible.
I'm thinking of having the belts sent to me and handling the repair myself.
Is there a service manual for this fixture? There seems to be a lot more to this small job than just removing a sensor/pulley.
