Vizi LED no display

Have a brand new Vizi LED, right from box. Upon power up, the fan comes on but there is no LED display and no boot up sequence (no light). The fuse appears to be intact. Is there a "reset" procedure that I should attempt or should I return this unit?

I had a service tech look at your post. You will need to send this unit into to us for repair.
call 800-322-6337 and ask for Tech Support have the fixture near you and the serial number written down.

3 out of 4 of my Vizi Spot 5R lights arrived this way. The LED display flashed but would not actually boot up. I had a local repair tech fix my lights - said there was bad soldering.
