Vizi Beam -RXone DMX not opening shutter

I have two Vizi Beams running on a DMX controlled setup with Sweetlight controller. Both worked fine for the first 4 weeks or so. Then for no apparent reason, one of the two Vizi Beams stopped opening the shutter, all other moments were fine and as programmed. However when set to run on auto (no DMX) it opens the shutter as normal.

I tried moving DMX channels to be the same as the other fixture and still the same problem.

Anyone come across this ?
