Hi there, I got a My DMX buddy but when I was at a gig all of a sudden it stopped working, 1 week later I'm trying to see the problem, my laptop says it's recognised and on the software it says it works but it doesn't, I have noticed that only there is green and red light when I plug it in but after that only the red light appears. Thanks. I'm in the UK btw.
