I was just about to buy two Vertigo's on Ebay and lost the bid. During the wait for the bid to end I stumbled accros the ADJ Epsilon.
I was glad that I lost the bid cause I now want the Epsilon instead.

The two lights are almost identical except the Epsilon has the Advanced Drive Series (ADS) feature which alows any unit that has the
ADS logo designed to interconnect and work together. When several ADS effects are linked together they can form an inexpensive
system that creates an intelligent look.

So two epsilons connected together will have coordinated light beams which sounds great to me. One on the left side and one on
the right doing their thing sounds like the way to go.

The problem is I don't ever see any comments on the Epsilon. I only see comments on the Vertigo. Do you guys know something and not telling. Please inform me on which is the better investment that gives the best bang for the buck for this type of effect.

Thanks

It's still a sound activated light. When linking ADS lights together what will happen is when the first light rotates the beams in one direction, all the others will go in the same direction at the same speed. It won't gaurentee that the same colors will be lined up.

Anyway, both are great inexpsensive additions to any light show. The reason you see many comments on the Vertigo, and not so many for the epsilon is because the Vertigo has been out for many many years, whereas the Epsilon is newer, and many members already had a Vertigo, so they didn't see the need to upgrade. BTW, in some occasions I actually prefer using to Vertigo's together since they aren't doing the same thing. The chaos of the lights lights doing their own thing sometimes makes a great effect in itself.
