Versadeck and VirtualDJ

Hi everybody!

I bought the Versadeck few days ago but I've a problem about the mixer on virtual DJ.
The main functions of the two decks seems to be working but the crossfader, volume button and jogs on the middle of the controler are not working...

I also want to make the sound out on the computer and not by the controler.

If you have any idea, can you help me?

Hi there,

Are you using the VirtualDJ LE that come with the controller? In this case it´s a very limited software that need to be upgrade to configure some options like outputs (for the sound). So until you have another version I think that you can´t use the software to get the sound in the computer, at least it was my experience with it.

About the other problem I don´t have this controller so I can tell you but usually if some functions are not working is something related to the mapping, again you can´t configure the mapping in the LE edition.

Finally I found a solution for the sound but not for the controler buttons so I hope someone will help me!
