Currently I have:
4 ADJ par 38 floods
1 ADJ Vertigo
1 ADJ Onyx
1 Chauvet Rotosphere
1 ADJ Supershot strobe
1 ADJ Fearsome Four II system
1 Chauvet J-Five LED Moonflower
2 SCS Scatterspots
2 ADJ T-4 controllers
1 ADJ SC-8 controller
1 ADJ 10' I-Beam truss system

What should I keep and what should I get to replace what I get rid of? I'm looking at going LED.

I'd say start looking at like for like replacements.

ADJ makes Par38 LED cans, so that might be a good place to start. ADJ also makes LED equivalents of many of their classice favorite fixtures. Sometimes those new LED fixtures have DMX in them.

At the same time, if it ain't broke, don't fix it. If you like what you've got, stay with it.
