Ultra Scan 250

I just bought some Ultra Scan 250's. On one of the fixtures the gobo does not rotate properly. It makes a noise like the band is not making proper contact with the gobo wheel. I tried to Calibrate it but it still behaves the same. Anyone else have this problem. How is it resolved.
