Two Different Moving Heads, One Scene

I am trying to set up a scene in the scene builder. I have two Comscan LEDs and four MinSpots. I am not understanding how to set up each type of moving head with separate position effects on one scene. I'm using the Feb 14 release. Please help. Thanks.

in the scene builder, on the left is a matrix grid that you can select individual lights or multiple lights, then when you click on the effects, it will effect only the lights selected, then you repeat the same with the other fixtures....THEN click generate
