Tumbleweed Blowing through support pages?

Is anyone actually bothered to answer the questions that are appearing on the forum??? I moved from Light jockey to Mydmx thinking this was a smart move but I am amazed at the lack of interaction or response compared to the martin (obsidian) user support forum. hello! anyone out there?

Come on guys lets get the support pages back to life, otherwise whats the point?
