Not sure if this is appropriate, but I am going to call Support tomorrow to get some issues resolved. I have a truss with some factory defects(hole not drilled), so naturally I need that replaced. But, in order to retrofit my older truss system with some crank stands I bought a bit ago(before requiring me to purchas a Crank-2 system, which I really like), I am wondering if parts can be sold via the support service? I need to replace the ends.

Thanks in advance. And if nobody responds, that's OK too, as I will be dealing with the majority of this over the phone anyways

Parts sure were available via the phone. Other than a somewhat lengthy wait on hold, compared to recent standards, it wasn't too bad. I would suggest some "on hold" music or maybe push ADJ ads on people over the phone, the silent hold, well, it sounded like real low ambient office noise, I was never quite sure if I was on hold or if the phone was just placed on a desk awaiting transfer. I mean, 5 minutes isn't that bad, so I'm not complaining. I was on hold for 2+ hours trying to get in touch with USRobotics Total Control a few years ago, so I know what "really super mega bad" is as well.

My damaged truss is being taken care off, the replacement parts I needed are on the way, and I have an RMA for my long-complained about stinky fog machine.

So, basically, no complaints, and nice to see customer service is not a lost art at certain places. I'm 2 months ahead of the game here, and when I get my fog machine back from repair, I'll be really happy. 3-5 weeks isn't too bad considering I am at least 2 months ahead of schedule AND have a spare FS700 machine to back it up.
