I have recently purchased the ADJ Revo4, Galaxian 3D laser, The H2O led, The ADJ Saturn TRI led system and the LTS-50T Truss.

My first question is, On the back of the revo 4 it has an In/Out IEC power connections to daisy-chain power...On the top one their is glue over it, this can't be normal can it?

My second question is, with the Galaxian 3d. When I run it in sound active mode, it doesn't really do much, it sort of runs through the same sequences over and over. The same can be said for the revo 4, it doesn't look remotely close to the videos I have seen. Any ideas to help me get them running properly?

My third question has to do with the truss. I have bought the American DJ C clamps and can't seem to figure out how to attatch all my lights to it. Even when I think I have done it the right way the light is just kind of hanging off and doesn't seem to be very secure to the truss. Again any help would be greatly appreciated. I am a long time DJ, but first time lighting guy. Thanks for reading.

Question 1: Can you post a picture of the glue? Need to know what the sitiation is. It might not be glue, it might be some epoxy or a sealant around the connector.

Question 2: The lights are behaving normally. Use haze or fog, you'll see it. The videos show DMX and sound active modes.

Question 3: I don't like C or S clamps. No offense, they do work great. chances are you haven't secured the clamp to the truss completely. Try tightening it down and YES IT WILL MARK UP YOUR TRUSS. The ADJ O-clamps, the 1.5" ones, work great, are non-marking and I use them just fine with the LTS-2 ad LTS-50 systems with my lights. With lights I have "permanently mounted", I use the bolts that came with the stuff. Permanent is just a relative term.

Also, if you want, hang from the top, so you can use the smaller bars and the bottom as support and rest structures. I rarely hang anything UNDER the truss. There are two fixtures that I do hang there as well as my mirror ball on a motor, but my big ones, nope.

You might want to think about some sort of system to control your lights in the future.
