tribar spot problems

I just bought an ADJ Tribsr Spot; it worked fine for a couple of weeks but now the display is just flashing; it does not respond to anything i push and the light flash everytime the display flashes; i cant get it to do anything else; can anyone help?

Have you tried resetting all the parameters? Does the manual mention how to reset the unit back to factory presets?
