Tri Gem + Vertigo or Aggressor?

I noticed on many YouTube videos that people are combining the TriGem with the Vertigo Tri-LED. I presume this is because both heads rotate, are 'spinners'.

But from what I can tell it seems to me the Aggressor Tri-LED follows the beat better, more 'precisely' than the Vertigo Tri-LED.

Does the Tri Gem (a 'spinner') and Aggressor Tri-LED (a 'Derby') combine well?
