im thinkin bout 2 ScanTron and 2 RollerTrons, maybe some strobes and haze. watcha think, good ideas? the Rollertrons would provide a great room filler, while the Scantrons would provide individual light.

these are things you have to consider when buying lights.
i have loads of lighting but for a little setup i went out and bought 4 pocket scans and a case.
the main reason was the venu was small and i didnt like to carry 250lbs of lights around.

jscan, it would be perfect, or you could simply just buy either 4 rollertrons, or 4 scantrons. They easily transform into a color changer just by removing the head, obviously there would be no x,y axis movement, but it would add more color fill. But both lights are nice bright, and not that heavy.
I agree with the guy who eats batteries. Or, go with 2 scan trons, and 2 roller trons, and if the venue needed, take two lights and hame them color/gobo changers.
