How do I modify my dmx operator 384's address? I've connected a matrix 4 channel dmx dimmer pack, however I can only get 3 of the channels to work.

Hi, you cant really modify the address on the board, you modify the fixtures address. The board puts out dmx channels 1-384, in blocks of 32 channels per fixture number.
for example fixture number 1, starts at 1 and ends at 32, fixture 2 starts at 33 and end at 64, etc.
